Our facility in Perth specializes in the refurbishment and fabrication of mobile equipment assets such as
buckets, booms, arms and trays. With over 4,000sqm of workshop floor, 80 tonne overhead crane capabilities and our inhouse design team – we are optimized for turnkey services to ensure high quality and lean time frames.
We offer high productivity lightweight or heavy duty hard rock designs to suit a range of commodities including; iron ore, coal, gold, lithium or mineral sands. Our team are highly experienced and qualified to meet industry standards for each application including AS1554.4 & AS1554.5

Rebuild

Off site repairs of mining assets utilizing our induction heating system to control welding pre-heat, maintain interpassemperatures and conduct post-welding heat treatment. Each rebuild is delivered with a Manufacturers Data Report (MDR) to ensure traceability and to give our clients confidence the asset has been designed and constructed to the highest standard.

New Build

Turnkey solutions for the fabrication of Client specific assets, as well as proven build of inhouse bucket designs – customized to meet specific client requirements.

 

Design & Drafting

Our in-house design team utilizes cutting edge software to produce customizable designs supported by our Finite Element Analysis (FEA) capabilities.

On Site Support

We can support our clients onsite with our 3D scanning capabilities to take extensive, accurate measurements of equipment.

Wear Packages & GET

Custom designed wear liner packages based on customer specifications and mine site conditions. AWE can reverse engineer and redesign wear parts, offering continued support of customized wear packages.
